Customized/Personalized items cannot not be returned or refunded.
Please make sure your spelling and dates are correct.
If you have given the wrong information we will not refund or replace the item.
If there is a defect with your item, the item will be replaced with proof of the defect (shipping the item back for inspection at your cost or pictures to show defect).
Any claims for damage must be made within 5 days of receipt. Tracking information will be used for date of receipt.
